ARTactionPilates studio is one of the first studios in greece that is exclusively established on the pilates method. Our teaching experience is about twenty years now and we own three pilates studios in the capital city of athens and suburbs. We have created a full professional teaching programme having duration of nine months. This teaching cycle starts twice a year, on September and on February. Our groups have a limited number of students, normally two to five. Our pilates is therapeutic. After completing the course you will be able to treat various forms of body problems. The seminar is of nine months duration and includes:

Personal training
Assimilation of the exercises, mat, reformer, Cadillac, chairs, barrels. Students get bibliography.
Practical apply of exercises.
Students get in classes and watch experienced teachers on action. They also in helping during the lessons.
They get experience in treating special musclesceletal problems.
Therapeutic approach of the exercises.
Anatomy.

In order to get the best perception as far as our methodology is concerned you have to participate in classes. You will have to take part in a minimum number of classes so as to get to know the work that is taking place. Before starting your professional nine month seminar you must complete two or three packages of lessons that is sixteen or twenty four lessons. Those who complete the seminar with the best marks will have the opportunity to work to our studios as teachers or we can help them to establish their own ARTactionPilates studio.

PREQUISITIVES

For starting your education you must give us your cv and a copy of your identity card

After completing five hundred hours, the student will go through exams. If he completes successfully he will get his diploma. In case of failure the student will have a second chance. The diploma is accredited by ARTactionPilates which is member of the Greek pilates association in Athens, Greece.
